Terms of agreement between Hazrat Hasan (RA)and Hazrat Muaveah (RA) are contradictory in English and Urdu version of article English version has 3 terms while Urdu version has 6 conditions. Moreover no reference is provided in Urdu version. Terms of peace agreement are given below: English version; Muawiyah accepted the conditions attached to the peace treaty; the enforced public cursing of Ali, e.g. during prayers, should be abandoned Muawiyah should not use tax money for his own private needs there should be peace: followers of Hasan should be given security and their rights

Urdu version; اس صلح نامہ کے مکمل شرائط حسبِ ذیل تھے. یہ کہ معاویہ حکومتِ اسلام میں کتاب خدااور سنتِ رسول پر عمل کریں گے. دوسرے یہ کہ معاویہ کو اپنے بعد کسی خلیفہ کے نامزد کرنے کا حق نہ ہوگا. یہ کہ شام وعراق وحجازویمن سب جگہ کے لوگوں کے لیے امان ہوگی. یہ کہ حضرت علی علیہ السّلام کے اصحاب اور شیعہ جہا ں بھی ہیں ان کے جان ومال اور ناموس واولاد محفوظ رہیں گے . معاویہ حسن علیہ السّلام ابن علی علیہ السّلام اور ان کے بھائی حسین علیہ السّلام ابن ُ علی علیہ السّلام اور خاندانِ رسول میں سے کسی کو بھی کوئی نقصان پہنچانے یاہلاک کرنے کی کوشش نہ کرئے گا نہ خفیہ طریقہ پر اور نہ اعلانیہ اور ان میں سے کسی کو کسی جگہ دھمکایا اور ڈرایا نہیں جائے گا . جناب امیر علیہ السّلام کی شان میں کلمات ُ نازیبا جو اب تک مسجدجامع اور قنوت نماز میں استعمال ہوتے رہے ہیں وہ ترک کردیئے جائیں . اخری شرط کی منظوری میں معاویہ کو عذر ہو اتو یہ طے پایا کہ کم از کم جس موقع پر امام حسن علیہ السّلام موجود ہوں اور اس موقع پر ایسانہ کیا جائے . یہ معاہدہ ربیع الاول یاجمادی الاول41ھئ کو عمل میں ایا.

گستاخی صحابہ ترمیم

اس مضمون میں صحابہ کرام کی سخت ترین گستاخی کی گئی ہے۔ اسے حذف کردینا چاہیے یا اسے از سر نو لکھنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
آپؐ نے فرمایا جسکا مفہوم ہے کہ: میرا یہ بیٹا (حسن) مسلمانوں کی دو جماعتوں میں صلح کروا دیگا۔
حضرت حسن رضی اللہ عنہ کے دور خلافت میں ایسا ہی ہوا۔ آپ حضرت امیر معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے حق میں مسلمانوں کے درمیان صلح جوئی کی خاطر اپنے جائز حق سے دستبردار ہو گئے تھے۔ اب ان باتوں کی بنا پر صحآبہ پر تبرہ زیبا نہیں دیتا۔
