سلجوق خاندان (انگریزی: Seljuq dynasty) یا سلجوق ترک (Seljuk Turks) [1][2][3] یا آل سلجوق (فارسی: آل سلجوق[4]‎) ایک غز ترک اہل سنت خاندان تھا جو بتدریج فارسی بن گیا جس نے قرون وسطی میں مغربی ایشیا اور وسط ایشیا میں ترکی-فارسی روایت میں اہم کردار ادا کیا۔[5][6] سلجوقوں نے سلجوقی سلطنت اور سلطنت روم قائم کیں جو اناطولیہ سے ایران تک پھیلی ہوئی تھیں اور یہ پہلی صلیبی جنگ کا نشانہ بھی بنیں۔

آل سلجوق کی اصل ترمیم

سلجوقیوں کا مورث ایک شخص سلجوق یا سلچک تھا جس نے اس خاندان میں سب سے پہلے ناموری حاصل کی اور بلاد اسلام میں داخل ہو کر اپنے لیے سیاسی عظمت کا دروازہ کھولا۔ اس لیے اس کی نسل اور اس کے متبعین کو سلجوقی یا آل سلجوق یا سلاجقہ کہا جاتا ہے۔ نسلا اس خاندان کا تعلق اتراک قنق کی اس شاخ سے ہے جو غز کے نام سے موسوم ہے۔
