ریمان زیٹا فنکشن ζ(s) مختلط متغیر s کی دالہ ہے جو لامتناہی سلسلہ کے حاصل جمع $\sum _{n=1}^{\infty }{\frac {1}{n^{s}}}$ کا تحلیلی تسلسل ہے اور یہ سلسلہ مرکوز ہوتا ہے حب s کا حقیقی حصہ 1 سے بڑا ہو۔ ریمان زیٹا فنکشن تحلیلی نظریہ عدد میں انتہائی اہم کردار کرتا ہے اور اس کے اطلاق طبیعیات، نظریہ احتمال اور اطلاقی احصاء میں ہوتے ہیں۔
