RTL/LTR fixes

Hi!

I recommend removing the "LTR to RTL fixes" section, from line 18 until line 47. They make local fixes for bugs that were fixed globally in the software long ago. Their presence causes at least one new bug: incorrect display of images to people who used a different user interface language. To test it, see the page https://ur.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%B5%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%81:Amire80/left?uselang=en&useskin=vector : the first two images are supposed to be on the left, and the last two are supposed to be on the left. Currently, it is the other way around.
