آئرلینڈ کے صوبے
سترہویں صدی سے آئرلینڈ کے چار صوبے ہیں جو کوناکٹ، لینسٹر، مونسٹر اور السٹر ہیں۔ تقسیم کے لیے آئرش لفظ (cúige) کے لفظی معنی پانچواں حصہ ہیں جو اس بات کو ظاہر کرتا ہے کہ یہ کبھی پانچ ہوا کرتے تھے۔
