The first thing is that we have to decide and make a clear plan of what and how we can cooperate, as of a wikipedian who has a contribution on India, I think you can contact with Ahmadnisar but I am not sure if He is from India or not. I am also from India but I have no contribution on indian or pakistan topics, nor can I do anything in this regard
