Drafts are often created to work on future articles before they are ready to be published or otherwise might not yet meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines. These are generally created in the "Draft" namespace to avoid any possibility that a casual reader may stumble upon them. {{draft article}} goes further, prominently tagging the draft article as a draft. This also categorizes to Category:Draft articles.
Using {{نقل:submit|username}} will place {{AFC submission/draft}} on the page, which provides more helpful links and a convenient option to submit the article to the Articles for Creation process.
