یسوع کی تاریخ پیدائش

یسوع کی تاریخ پیدائش انجیلوں یا کسی تاریخی ماخذ میں بیان نہیں کی گئی ہے، لیکن زیادہ تر بائبل کے اسکالرز عام طور پر 6 قبل مسیح اور 4 قبل مسیح کے درمیان کی تاریخ پیدائش کو قبول کرتے ہیں، جس سال بادشاہ ہیرودیس کا انتقال ہوا۔ تاریخی شواہد قطعی تاریخ کی وضاحت دینے کے لیے بہت نامکمل ہیں، لیکن سال کا تخمینہ تین مختلف طریقوں سے لگایا جاتا ہے:

یسوع مسیح کی تاریخ پیدائش کی عام مسیحی روایتی تاریخ 25 دسمبر تھی، ایک تاریخ پہلی بار باضابطہ طور پر پوپ جولیس اول نے 350 عیسوی میں بیان کی تھی، حالانکہ یہ دعویٰ مشکوک ہے یا دوسری صورت میں بے بنیاد ہے۔ دن یا موسم کا اندازہ مختلف طریقوں سے لگایا گیا ہے، بشمول چرواہوں کی اپنی بھیڑوں کی نگرانی کرنے کی تفصیل۔
