موئسیا (Moesia) (/ˈmiːʃə, -siə, -ʒə/;[1][2] لاطینی زبان: Moesia; یونانی: Μοισία، نقحر: Moisía)[3] ایک قدیم علاقہ اور بعد میں رومی صوبہ جو دریائے ڈینیوب کے جنوب میں بلقان میں واقع تھا۔ اس میں جدید مشرقی سربیا، کوسووہ، شمال مشرقی البانیا، شمالی مقدونیہ (موئسیا کبری)، شمالی بلغاریہ، رومانیہ کے ڈوبروجا کے شمالی حصے شامل تھے۔ اور جنوبی یوکرین کے چھوٹے حصے (موئسیا صغری)۔
